FAQs

  • Shipping:  Our shipping policy is to ship 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received.  We strive to ship all orders next business day, but sometimes this is not possible.  Most orders ship UPS Ground, but we do use USPS Priority for smaller packages.
  • Local Pick Up:  We are not currently able to offer a physical location for shopping but we do offer local pick up in Katy & San Antonio, TX.    All pick ups are by appointment only.  You will be notified by E-mail or messenger when your order is ready for pick up.  We ask that you message us thru Facebook messenger to set pick up time.
  • Missing or Damaged Shipments: In 3 years of business we have not had one lost package.  But it can happen.  In the rare instance you do not received your package or it is damaged in shipping please contact us.  For damaged packages please take picture of the outside packaging as well as the damaged product.
